the panel to address and would like a response, please
leave contact information so the panel can answer your

all information received by the Taxpayer Advocacy Panel
is public record. Therefore, if you leave personal information
on this site, your information is also public record
and can be disclosed at a public meeting, in the panel's
meeting minutes and, under the Freedom of Information
