Taxpayer Advocacy Panel Members

Wage and Investment Division manages all tax processing and toll-free customer service for all individual and business taxpayers as well as providing compliance and face-to-face assistance services. Face-to-face customer service is available to taxpayers at approximately 400 Taxpayer Assistance Centers around the country. This Committee will review the current signage displayed in TAC offices to determine if there are improvements that can be made to the signage and to improve the current communication method in the TACs.
